Who we are
This website is run by Moonacle LTD, a company registered in Cyprus (HE 434595), registered office Efesou 9, 5280 Paralimni, Famagusta, Cyprus. Moonacle LTD is the data controller for personal data collected through this site. Contact: contact@moonacle.com.
What we collect
If you use the enquiry form or email us, we receive your name, email address, optional company, selected topic and message. Form submissions pass through Moonacle's self-hosted n8n workflow to validate and forward the message to us by email. Our web server also keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and request time) for security and troubleshooting.
Why and on what basis
We use enquiry data only to reply to you and, if we work together, to prepare an engagement. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and taking steps at your request before entering a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who processes it
We use service providers for web hosting and email delivery. Form data also passes through Moonacle's self-hosted n8n workflow on its server before it reaches our inbox. Each service processes data only to provide its service.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months unless they lead to a contract, in which case we keep records as long as the law requires. Server logs are kept for a short period only.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing contact@moonacle.com. You can also complain to the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.cy).
